This update can now be downloaded through the PR Launcher. And if you want to help us test any changes and new content for future releases, sign up as a tester today. Let us know what you think and give us your feedback. All we can say is that we have been striving for the highest possible standards of realism and scientific accuracy. Lastly, there are some other things this release we would like you to find out for yourselves and we won't mention here. This is something the PR Team has wanted to implement since forever but we now finally found a technical way to actually implement it in a proper way. Furthermore, we added a subtle optional focus effect to our ironsight weapons. These advances for widescreen support have been achieved by Ekiso of the Forgotten Hope 2 development team who kindly shared them with us. Not only did we overhaul the style of in game menus, but also changed the HUD to properly support widescreen resolution and not stretch across entire screen. In our continued effort to modernize the old Battlefield 2 platform, this release sees some incredible improvements to the ingame menus and HUDs.
As stated in our end of the decade review we posted late last year, we are far from done with PR:BF2 development and today we want to show some of our work in the first big release of 2021.
